Didn't you write up a bit about how you best called the US conference call
line internationally? I'm in the UK, without a phone and without Skype
minutes. I'd rather use a free way to call Boston. If I remember right, you
were struggling, but figured it out. We should post the recommendation
here: http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Meetings. That page claims
people can call free with Skype, but I've never seen how Skype can call
phone numbers for free. I'm not sure what the person who wrote that meant.
