Thanks for the warm welcome! Looks like I've been tasked with writing up docs for some newer features like <picture> and others. I will try to contribute as many one sentence summaries as I can though to start. Since I'm not as familiar with the issue tracker, I will pass on the Monday meeting. My stuff seems to fall outside of the Wed crew so it doesn't look like I should add my status to that. Is it sufficient to just post to the mailing list and say that I'll be working on <picture>, then check out pages as I work on them? If so, I'll be working on <picture> first :) Pearl On Fri, Jul 11, 2014 at 12:20 PM, PhistucK <phistuck@gmail.com> wrote: > Great to have you! > > I am not sure whether you are replacing David Gash (added as a CC > recipient), but if you are not and have not talked to him yet, he was > working on the DOM section, so maybe coordinate with him regarding his near > term plans in that section. > > Personally, I used to search for "bstr" (the string data type that MSDN > uses in its documentation and as a result, found in the wiki in a lot of > places that were not touched yet) and just work on any result it yields. > Some need a lot of work (making the data semantic, modernizing the examples > and such), some need virtually no work (adding a summary or removing > redundant data at most). > > > ☆*PhistucK* > > > On Thu, Jul 10, 2014 at 7:04 PM, Pearl Chen <pearlchen@google.com> wrote: > >> I'll be joining WPO for the next few months to help out with >> documentation. >> >> I've been a frontend web developer for what feels like a very long time >> but, in the past few years, have focussed more on teaching web skills to >> others.
