new Contribute page URL for nav

I've moved & edited the old "Editor's Guide" to be the new "contributor's
Guide". It has a new URL:

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Contributors_Guide

It's still being seriously re-written, so don't review the content yet, I
just want to update our  the navigation. I pushed a change to the repo for
www. Renoir can you deploy that? And can someone change the main nav
throughout Docs?
