Hi, Jen.

Great post, and great work on the home and docs pages, and volunteer
quick-start.

I don't have a blog account so I can't just fix. Here's a quick email proof:
- second sentence; it's should be its; wanted should be we wanted (I think)
- last sentence of intro; last word watch should be to watch

Otherwise, more than clean enough for a blog post.
