**FIXED** Re: Test Wiki Shows Up In Google Search Results

Just to confirm, I deployed tag 1.1.1 [0] (diff [1]) to production.

I figured out this week how to work with MediaWiki sitemaps, they were
referenced but not installed on the new infrastructure. It is now fixed,
i'm going to make it automated later.

Also, if you see any grammar errors in my comments, tell me :)

Update summary:
 - Found how to generate the Sitemaps managed by MediaWiki, documented
and deployed them
 - Updated robots.txt with rule Phistuck gave, plus the updated Sitemaps
 - Updated README.md to help contributors
