You can't upload directly to code.webplatform.org. But you can upload to

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/Special:Upload

Then reference the file in your CSS, like zo:

http://code.webplatform.org/gist/6115439

which is the codelet for the background property:

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/css/properties/background
