Dependencies on announcing closing down of forums

Hi, everyone:

As promised, here's the list of tasks we talked about doing[1] to close down
forums:

* Change global nav[2] Assigned to Lea, as part of content issue #14
* Update forums landing page[3] UNASSIGNED
* Remove any links to forums[4] DONE

I think these need to be completed before we announce.

In addition, it a nice-to-have would be the correct global nav:
