Scope and relevance: Mime Type setup for HTML5 video

I'm looking at the video tag page and have the following question.

Mime Type setup in the server is important but should it be that prominent
on the page about the video tag?

Would it make more sense to make a tutorial page under
tutorial/video_mime_setup and/or tutorial/audio_mime_setup?

Asking before I step on anyone toes :)
