Please add sysadmin requests to project.webplatform.org

So far we've been doing sysadmin requests via email, but I get an absurd
amount of email and may miss it or lose track of the requests. It'll be
easier to track if the requests go into project.webplatform.org, with the
assignees being Denis and me.
