Page for coordinating activity

This idea came up in the community conference calls.

It's currently not easy to tell what areas are being worked on on the 
site, and who's doing what. Some of this emerges from mailing list 
discussion, but it's not all in one place. You can also watch particular 
pages, but again, that doesn't give a big picture.
