Hi, folks- If you joined this list to help volunteer to work on Web Platform Docs (or WebPlatform.org in general), then you came to the right place. This is the list for all contributors, volunteers, and stewards to discuss content strategies, issues, and other logistics. Please feel free to post an intro, so we get to know each other. I'll start: I work for W3C, and I've been trying to make something like WebPlatform.org for years. I'm mostly a client-side developer, with modest design and development skills. I started out in SVG, which doesn't have a lot of really good documentation out there on the web.... I hope this site will change that. I helped start WebPlatform.org by approaching the different stewards, who all realized we had something in common and something to gain by working together. I will provide some oversight into the project from W3C's side, especially in terms of infrastructure and site features, so if you have questions or suggestions on that front, or if you want to volunteer to help with that, then contact me. I'm also really interested in the content architecture side, any possible standardization hooks, testing and compatibility, enabling translations... ok, well, pretty much every part of this project... so I'm interested in those conversations too. I'm really excited by all the interest! Let's keep this moving forward. Regards- -Doug Schepers W3C Developer Relations Lead
