Session bug (#19390) seems to be worse

Seems like the "Session Handling Issues" bug
(https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19390) is getting worse.

Log in, edit a page, and get the error that you don't have permissions and
you need to log out and log in again. Workaround is to do so really quickly.

Any update on this bug?
