List of Key Contributors

Hi all,

A few people had mentioned that it was hard to keep track of who was who on
the site and what their roles were. For example, the blog posting
guidelines [1] tell folks to find an Official Steward Representative to
sponsor your post, but there's no list of them.

I just created a list of Key Contributors on the wiki:
http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Key_Contributors . Everyone who's
active in the slightest should feel free to add themselves to the list so
that new folks can tell at a glance who they should be talking to on a
given topic.
