How can a language be distinguished from an actual page name?
html/elements/bdo - <bdo> or html/elements translated into the Morom
language?
html/elements/big - <big> or html/elements translated into the Biangai
language?
http://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry

Do not exist yet, but maybe should -
css/units/pt - a redirection to css/units/points (also absent), or
css/units translated into Portugese?
