The Architecture page <http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Architecture> does
not reflect the latest decisions and best practices. 

Repro steps:

1. Go to http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Architecture.
2. Review the Proposed site structure.

Expected: it matches the site structure in
http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Content/Topic_Hierarchy and conforms to
Chris Mills bug fix #19286 https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19286

Actual: it is outdated and links to bad URLs

Workaround: I've added a note directing contributors to the topic hierarchy
page <http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Content/Topic_Hierarchy>, until this
Architecture page is updated or deleted.
