[W3C Web Payment Interest Group charter] charter comments

Hi all,

[earlier than expected]

Some comments about the charter :

-          Section 2  : the label 'Web Payments Architecture' does not really reflect the scope of that item. Something like 'Web Payments use cases and requirements'. Or do we really want to design an architecture ? in that case it should be added in the list of items delivered.

-          Section 3.1 : you may add the Web Security IG as a possible group to interfere with.

-          Section 5 Communication : mails are going to the web payment community group public-webpayments@w3.org<mailto:public-webpayments@w3.org> (archive<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webpayments/>).. Is that a consensus that the IG will actually re-use that CG structure or a copy and paste error ? Other links such a web page and wiki are not pointing on the CG.
