Hi! I've read http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html and current comments. Generally charter text is ok. I have just a small comment about the following statement in Deliverables: <Minimize risk in identifying users by: Building on top of the Web Cryptography API implemented by all major browsers.> - probably at this point we shouldn't state to use a technology, implemented in browsers but not necessary in native apps, that also could use the deliverables of Standard, as a base. For me a statement like "Minimize risk in identifying users with Web Cryptography API (implemented by all major browsers), hardware tokens, smartcards, biometrics, mobile, 2nd factor authentication, etc.> sounds better. > -----Original Message----- > From: Stephane Boyera [mailto:boyera@w3.org] > Sent: Thursday, May 15, 2014 3:41 PM > To: 'team-webpayments-workshop-announcement@w3.org'; public- > webpaymentsigcharter@w3.org > Subject: A first draft of the future Web Payments Interest group is available > for comments > > Dear All, > > Following-up on my last email, I've just published a first draft of the future > W3C Web Payments Interest Group (aka Web Payments Steering Group). > The document is available at > http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html > > I've also just published short blog post to request feedback, see > http://www.w3.org/community/webpaymentsigcharter/2014/05/15/first- > draft-of-future-web-payments-interest-group-charter-published/ > > We need your help to move this forwards: > *All comments are welcome.
