HTTP 402 + webcredits demo

During the MIT hackday yesterday, I decided to put together a quick demo to
show how linked data could be combined with webcredits[1] to show http 402
in order control access to a resource (paywall).  I also built a faucet to
allow new users to obtain some credits to play with.

The system is currently live at:
