IMHO,

We're either going to provide immunity to law, or we're not.

We're either going to support access to justice, or we're not.

The scope of ramifications are very significant, as such, we're either
going to waste 'cycles' (time) or we're not.

The universality within the very sophisticated set and sub-set of
requirements, is the element that humans do have shared values, which
appears to me, to be the domain in which we should specialise..

beyond and within these considerations, is of course the concept of 'who
should pay' and indeed 'upon what evidence'.

the poorest of the world have no access to the web / knowledge online.
 what is the suggested approach to re-factoring their lives and that of
others who depend upon it today.
