sorry if I'm repeating info here, but I guess I missed it back in
December... Apparently Ecuador became the first nation to issue its own
"Digital Cash" <http://www.cnbc.com/id/102397137>? (Other countries, such
as Sweden
<http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/nov/11/welcome-sweden-electronic-money-not-so-funny>,
use digital currencies widely, but they're not state-sponsored.)
