Hello Pindar, You are absolutely right in the fact that the distance between the group announce and the first f2f is short for new members to join. I believe we can be flexible and have W3C members attending the F2F even if they are just at the beginning of the W3C membership application. We have a series of members in that state, that are ready to join provided the group is created. However, obviously if the attendance to the first face2face is low, then we should seriously consider another event in the near future like at the beginning of the year perhaps, or even before. This is something we will be able to evaluate by the end of october.
