Adding a webid to a server side SSL cert via subjectAlternativeName

Hi All

Im looking to buy an SSL cert for a server, but I also want that server to
have a WebID (if possible)

Has anyone tried adding a SAN to their server side certificate?

I'm thinking of using gandi.net who ask for as CSR

https://www.gandi.net/ssl/create/csr

Any ideas if this would work?
