ADOPTED: Web Payments CG Use Cases (vote results)

The polls for the Web Payments Use Cases closed Friday at 5pm ET.

The poll shows unanimous support for adoption and publication of the new
Use Cases document by the Web Payments CG.

There are a number of comments that demonstrate that we still have more
discussion to do on each use case, but the comments are less about what
the use case means this time around and more about whether or not we
should attempt to support the use case.

We'll be presenting an overview of this document at W3C TPAC for the
slot dedicated to the Web Payments Community Group.

The raw voting data is attached. We'll get the comments integrated into
the issue tracker as soon as we get a chance to do so.
