Going back to my plentiful threads about the importance of "Pushing the Envelope" I can't help mentioning that Apple Pay requires iPhone 6. One might say that this fits Apple's business model which is true, but equally true is that if they had tried a fall-back scheme for the older devices, the banks wouldn't have bothered with the fancy stuff => NO INNOVATION. Now to the $1M question: If you're not Apple but rather a non-profit organization with a rather disparate set of members, how do you achieve something similar? Since I'm not a W3C member I don't have to answer this question :-) Anders
