The minutes for the W3C TPAC Web Payments IG meeting are not going to be available before the Web Payments CG telecon this week. That means that we can't really talk about what happened with a link to anything concrete. Not having something concrete to point to could put the CG in an awkward position in a variety of possible scenarios. As a result, the telecon for this week is canceled.
