Lots of the use cases are flagged with having a "NASCAR problem", which
seems to be a term of art in this group. The wiki doesn't mention it other
than that page itself, and the mailing list search (
http://www.w3.org/Search/Mail/Public/search?keywords=nascar&hdr-1-name=subject&hdr-1-query=&index-grp=Public_FULL&index-type=t&type-index=public-webpayments)
doesn't seem to give me anything hugely helpful; could someone summarise
what the NASCAR problem is?
