Results of Charter and Work Items vote

The voting polls closed last night at midnight ET. The results of the
poll can be found below.

Note that abstentions are not listed in the results below, but can be
seen in the raw data and raw reports attached to this email.

The decision to adopt the charter proposal was based on a simple 2/3rds
majority vote. The final vote was in favor of adopting the charter, with
100% voting to adopt the charter.

There were 11 documents that were under vote to be adopted as official
work items of this group. The decision to adopt each document was based
on a simple >50% vote. The final vote for each document was to adopt it
as a work item:

Web Payments Design Principles: 94% in favor
Web Payments Use Cases: 100% in favor
Web Payments (and required Linked Data vocabularies): 100% in favor
Web Commerce (and required Linked Data vocabularies): 87% in favor
Pricing Indices: 87% in favor
Web Payment Crowdfunding: 87% in favor
Web Identity: 93% in favor
Secure Messaging: 82% in favor
HTTP Signatures: 87% in favor
HTTP Signature Nonces: 73% in favor
HTTP Signature Trailers: 87% in favor

The next step is for this community to audit the attached data to ensure
that there are no objections to the poll results or how the poll was
run. If there are no objections, we'll update the web-payments.org
website as well as the community group page to reflect the findings above.
