Thanks Art, we'll avoid it.

The company that initiated the cease and desist have given us until
Sunday to change the name of the spec.

I agree with some of the others on the list that have said that fighting
this isn't worth it, especially since the case against it would be on
fairly shaky ground (and a huge time sink).

At the moment, the leading term is "Secure Web Messaging", which would
be shorted to "Web Messaging" based on the conflict with the WebApps
spec that Art points out above. More suggestions welcome until Sunday,
if a strong candidate appears, we'll back it... if not, it's probably
going to be "Secure Messaging". Keep in mind that if we don't like the
name, we can always change it again.
