The very first Editors Draft for the PaySwarm 1.0 Web API has been published here: http://payswarm.com/specs/ED/web-api/2011-09-20/ Note that the document is incredibly rough and incomplete at this point, it's just a start and outlines some of the basic concepts. We hope to spec out the purchase process over the next couple of weeks/months.
