Re: [w3c/payment-request] To address branded button issues and improve privacy, add browser support for payment method selection before the sheet (#777)

As a broad question, would this also break the behaviour of apps / channels creating a StorefrontAccessToken through: https://help.shopify.com/en/api/reference/access/storefrontaccesstoken, and then trying to access Checkout with it? Or would we somehow find a way of only blocking the token that we expose on the storefront?
