[w3c/payment-request] Do we need to identify payment method in MerchantValidationEvent? (#775)

Hi all,

@adimallikarjunareddy observed that MerchantValidationEvent does not tell you which payment method is asking for merchant validation. Should the event also support communication of the payment method identifier?
