Re: [w3c/payment-method-basic-card] Brand selection (#49)

I’ll note that if it is a draft, we should speak to those folks. Their concept of Acceptor assumes a website, but not a browser UI coordinating with a website. That kinda makes a mess of that spec because it’s unclear who is supposed to conform.
