Per discussion on 30 January [1] I have replaced the sentence with: "This document describes a payment method that achieves the security goals of EMVCo tokenization specifications, within the usual Payment Request API flow." See also issue #28. Am closing this one now (since it seems simple) but we can reopen if this is not a satisfactory outcome.
