[w3c/webpayments-methods-tokenization] What does "BasicCard-like payment request flow" mean? (#29)

Creating an individual issue from the list in #26 in reference to:

"It's not clear what we mean by "a BasicCard-like payment request flow". Does this mean the flow is nice and simple (like BasicCard), that it supplements or extends BasicCard, or something else entirely?
