I'm so very confused. Just 19 hours ago, [you said that we could have more than one per origin](https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-payment-apps-api/issues/98#issuecomment-274743326). Now you're saying that doing so is "totally bogus." My head is spinning. Which one do you actually mean?

I have some other comments and questions, but I think we need to be talking about the _same thing_ before we can come to any reasonable conclusions. It's clear that's not yet the case.
