Re: Types of Digital Receipts

Thanks David,

The receipts described could be candidates for a future UBL version. Here
are recent UBL TC minutes where they were talking about payment documents:

Payments, factoring and supply chain finance
    - any thoughts from our discussion at our last meeting:
      https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/201701/msg00004.html
    - involvement of the banks is crucial in this area, both for
      specification, test and deployment
    - do we need some kind of communique to solicit participation? yes

Some elements being discussed are:

Payments, factoring and supply chain finance

Here are the minutes of this last month's meeting where they open up
requirements for UBL 2.3:

   https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/201701/msg00013.html

It would be advantageous if the type of receipts being considered in the
WP-IG could also be put forward for the common UBL library in 2.3.

BTW, I was too quick on my reference to the JSON work on UBL. The JSON
serialization is only proposed and there are no plans at this time to make
it normative. The project that produced the work product was explorative
only. I reckon it could, however, be a useful W3C+OASIS collaboration! This
was posted two weeks ago:
