Types of Digital Receipts

Hi all,

Dave Raggett and I have exchanged a few emails wrt. "Digital Wallets"
and David Ezell's "Digital Receipts" proposal. Dave Raggett made the
point that there are a number of different types of digital receipts
that digital wallets may store on behalf of the customer. Some of these
include:

- transaction receipt (payment network has initiated payment)
- purchase receipt (list of items purchased and amount paid)
- consent receipt (I authorize you to use my information in these ways)
- warranty information (Vendor promises wrt. quality of goods delivered)

I've documented the issue here:

https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-ig/issues/49

David Ezell, you may want to integrate these items into your digital
receipts proposal.
