No meeting Monday - 2016-10-17

Hello Web Payments IG members:

We have not had any requests for time on the telcon, so we will not have a meeting on Monday, 17 October.

As promised at the f2f, the Digital Offers work[1] has been transitioned to a community group this past Monday.
