Join the Digital Offers Community Group [Was: Proposed Digital Offers Community Group - invitation to show support]

Hello all,

I invite you to join the new Digital Offers Community Group:

I have written an initial blog post about getting involved, an preparing for the
first teleconference on 4 November (details to follow):

Once Linda Toth and Jörg Heuer join the group I will appoint them initial chairs (per previous agreement
within the task force).

My expectation is that:

 * The task force will now reach out to organizations and individuals to join the group.
 * Discussions about digital offers will move from the IG’s agenda to the CG as of the 4 November
   first teleconference.
