Proposed Digital Offers Community Group - invitation to show support

Hi all,

As planned, I have proposed a Digital Offers Community Group:

You can show your support by pushing the “Support Creation” button for it on this page:
 https://www.w3.org/community/groups/proposed/

(You will be asked to log into your W3C account to do so.)

Once (at least) 5 individuals support creation, we will launch the group and then people can join:
  https://www.w3.org/community/digitaloffers/join

Once we have launched it, I will move material from our task force wiki [1] to the CG’s wiki.
