Manu, Shane, and Task Force members,

Here's a draft, partial writeup of the use case review we did at the
ID2020 Workshop. The first part captures the experience we had reviewing
the current document. The second suggests a few requirements models that
might help communicate essentially the same core use cases.

I'll be on the call Tuesday to discuss. Any and all feedback welcome.
Hopefully some of it will be of use to the group.
