Verifiable Claims Working Group Proposal

For those that were not on the Web Payments IG meeting this morning, and
who are going to miss the Verifiable Claims Task Force call tomorrow,
here's a quick "what you need to know about the status of Verifiable
Claims".

There is a single page that is collecting all of the material for the
proposal of a Verifiable Claims Working Group here:

http://w3c.github.io/webpayments-ig/VCTF/

Some of the links on that page link to work in progress, so please don't
review everything yet. The page is just a heads-up on the type of
information you can expect to be there in two weeks time for review.

There are four documents where the content is more-or-less stabilizing
and will probably not change in a major way between now and the end of
the month. You can feel free to review these documents now for the July
1st Web Payments IG face-to-face meeting as they're more or less content
complete. These documents are:

The Verifiable Claims Working Group Draft Charter:
http://w3c.github.io/webpayments-ig/VCTF/charter/

The Verifiable Claims Proposed Architecture (some minor changes expected):
http://w3c.github.io/webpayments-ig/VCTF/architecture/

Demonstration of Support for Verifiable Claims (some survey data still
coming in, but percentage supporting is not expected to change that much):

Verifiable Claims Charter FAQ (some terminology and ordering may change,
but the meat of the content will probably not change that much):
