Yes, the QRCode payment use case is documented here:
https://www.w3.org/TR/web-payments-use-cases/

Also this use case is largely deployed in Alipay and China.

We are quite interested about the standardization efforts in this area.

Maybe we can talk more offline, and come up with some initial proposals.

we have two important use cases about qrcode.

bitcoin and alipay

good enough to consider it at webpayments IG/WG
