Deep apologies to those that could not connect via PSTN. We've figured
out what the problem was:

Our VoIP provider's credit card processor went down right as our VoIP
account's available minutes dipped below the threshold to accept new
connections. Over 9 months without issue with our telecon bridge and
this happens today at the worst possible time.

The problem has been fixed.

Minutes will be sent our shortly. For those of you that couldn't
participate due to PSTN issues, please ping me and I'd be happy to go
through the content with you again (I have general availability from
10am-4pm ET this week):
