Re: HTML A11y TF feedback on Web Payments WG charter

Here is my summary of how I plan to take into account the group’s comments.

1) The TF proposed we include accessibility as an intended benefit of this API work.
    I am not planning to make any change. While we want to ensure accessibility
    (which we will do through the liaison) we do not yet know whether there will
    be any accessibility benefit from this work, and so I would not be comfortable
    claiming up front that there will be. As the work progresses and if we perceive that
    there are accessibility benefits, we can add them to the FAQ.
 2) The TF proposed a mention of accessibility in the section on card payments,
     but it sounds like that was based on a misunderstanding. We are not producing
     any demonstrations. Therefore, I propose no change.
 3) The TF proposed naming the successor to WAI PF in the dependencies section.
     If the new group exists when this charter is approved we will update the current
    mention of “WAI PF (and successor)” to the new name; otherwise we will leave
    the text as-is.
