Request for Proposals - on-going and new work for the Web Payments IG

Hello everyone:

At our face to face meeting in Sapporo, we spent some time reviewing relevant work that the IG believes
1) should be done, and
2) we have some members who are willing to put effort into that work.

At the meeting, we recorded the following topics as being of interest to the IG, as well as members who might contribute to those topics:
* ISO20022 Liaison - Kris Ketels 
* ISO12812 Review (Class 'D' liaison with WG10) - David Ezell
* Security Activity Liaison (including Charter Reviews) - Erik Anderson
* Capabilities Document - Patrick Adler
* Identity and Credentials (possible charter) - Manu Sporny
* Ecommerce (possible charter) - David Ezell
* Inter ledger (possible charter) - Adrian

For each individual listed above, I am proposing an action to you as follows:
   Complete a proposal on the designated topic in the Wiki[1] before our telcon meeting on November 23, 2015.

There is an example proposal entry on the page, and Manu has already completed his entry.  Each proposal should have
* Goals
* Problem Statement
* Deliverables
* Success Criteria
* Task Force Operation
* Dependencies
* Milestones/Timelines

As you create your proposal, keep in mind that our next face to face meeting is planned for late February.  That should be a target for deliverables.  Also, if you would like to create a proposal that is not on the list above, please let us know.  For instance, I know there is some interest in moving the Glossary work forward (as discussed with Kris, Jean-Yves, and Cyril).
