I hope you are aware of the fact that WebEx is building on deprecated browser plugin technology which means that you should try to get hold of a vintage computer with outdated software to be "safe". These instructions are not applicable anymore: https://www.w3.org/2006/tools/wiki/InstallingWebEx Java plugins belong to the past. Using WebEx on Chrome nowadays require you to use yes, NATIVE MESSAGING! Although native messaging is a [potentially] great technology, it is hard to understand why Web conferencing 2015 simply can't use the Web "as is" since this is such an obvious application.
