Web Payments Interest Group, As most of you know, W3C is ramping down its familiar teleconference service. Our traditional dial-up service ends 30 June. For a transition period, we will be using WebEx as the audio bridge. We will continue to use IRC and the IRC bots that help us manage meetings. We are starting to document “best practices” for using WebEx in conjunction with our meeting bots [1]. I have scheduled three recurring WebEx teleconferences at the current times [2]. We should try to use the WebEx service at these upcoming calls: * 25 June Use Cases TF * 26 June Architecture TF * 29 June all-IG call Here are the ICS entries for these recurring meetings: Monday all-IG call: http://www.w3.org/2015/06/22-ig-webex/ig-weekly.ics Thursday Use Cases TF call: http://www.w3.org/2015/06/22-ig-webex/ig-use-cases.ics Friday Architecture TF call: http://www.w3.org/2015/06/22-ig-webex/ig-arch.ics This is the first time I have set up a recurring WebEx meeting so I am not sure I got it 100% right. We will work out the kinks this week and update those ICS files in place (and let you know if there are changes to reload them). I have updated our meeting page [3] with this new information.
