Some next steps and actions after the FTF meeting

Hi all,

I found last week’s meetings [0] productive and energizing. Many thanks to all the attendees and guests who made it so!

Here are a few notes on upcoming activities (from my perspective) this week in the IG:

 * I will clean up the meeting minutes ([1], [2], [3]) and create a Summary here:

 * I will draft a blog post about the FTF meeting and roundtable for the IG’s blog.

I expect to have both of those this week.

There are also some action items from the FTF meeting where i will be checking in:

* Adam Muntner to write up a vision for a layered payment architecture

* Adrian Hope-Bailie to revise the Payment Architecture Working Group charter [4] based on meeting resolutions.

   Question for Adrian: do you think you can have a revised charter by Thursday of this week so that people can review it and we can
   discuss at our weekly call on 29 June? I’m happy to help. Our proposed timeline is that the W3C management team approve the charter at its 29
   July meeting and that Membership review start 3 August. Ideally the IG will have converged on a draft for W3C management review by 22 July.

* Ian Jacobs will work with Arie, Claudia, Manu, Srikanth and Zack on communications about this work (what it means, benefits to different audiences)
  with as a primary audience in mind the W3C Membership (for when we propose the Working Group charter to them).

* Yaso Córdova will coordinate work around flow diagrams to help audiences understand the scenarios that will be supported via the scope of the
  proposed charter.

* Claudia Swendseid to organize an external liaisons task force discussion on how to encourage discussions with regulators and other stakeholders.
