[use cases] Minutes for 2015-07-16 telecon

The minutes for today's Use Cases Task Force telecon are now available here:

We discussed the Web Payments Charter.  There have been many changes to the document in the past few days.  There was discussion about the definition of the term 'wallet' and where it belongs in the document.

We discussed the Use Cases document.  A section outlining the changes from the previous draft will be added.

We discussed the Roadmap document.  We will be working to improve some of the diagrams included in the document.
